So,it is time for a new gpu :)
So basically im wondering which is better:

PALIT GTX1060 DUAL 6GB GDDR5 293.00 USD
ASUS TURBO-GTX1060-6G 276.00 USD

or 480 (which one of these) :

SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 480 8G L 315.00 USD
GB RX480G1 GAMING-8GD 294.00 USD

In my country these are the prices and this is my absolute limit i will give for a GPU.
I play at 1080p (no g-sync or freesync,) and have no plans on going higher.Maybe in 4+ years i will consider :)
Im looking for it to last around 4 years before new upgrade (hence the monitor upgrade too).
From the reviews i've seen it looks like gtx1060 is faster, but my goal is it to last longest (i was with HD5770 untill now and i guess the same will happen with the current card i will buy now :D:)
My CPU - i5-4570 , 8GB ram , b85-pro4 my MB,Dell s2340L monitor.

Thanks in advance!

I'd go with the Palit 1060. Unless space is at a premium in your case and pumping warm GPU air back into it would cause heat problems (only applicable to some ITX cases), the Palit's got a better cooling system and could probably be pushed a little harder late in life than the blower-style ASUS could.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Either of these. Might as well go with the GTX 1060 if you arent planning on getting a freesync display since its cheaper.

As for the future holds, its impossible to predict.

AMD have it tough financially but with GPUOpen and with a more open market approach they might come out on top in a few years. VRAM amount is higher on the RX 480 but once games start using 8 GB of vram the RX 480 might not be able to keep up anyways.

The palit 1060 or the Gigabyte 480.

Blower cards suck (asus 1060) and the nitro rx480 sucks (extremely bad cooling performance: http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/sapphire-rx-480-nitro-oc-4gb-8gb-review/29/)
