Full Load under 48c?????

I ran Prime95 stress test and my cpu was maxed for over a hour and never hit over 50c. Is this a glitch in me running the stress test. I am using a single 120mm Water cooling all in one system from Zalman.

 

 

CPU - Intel 2600k 3.8 ghz

No way...what settings did you use in prime95?

overclock it even more, and you really should include what cpu cooler your using

X79A GD65 (8D), 3820, 7770, 16GB (1600Mhz cas9), 850watt(ocz zx), storm trooper, h100, xonar xense, sp2500, pc350, asus PA248Q LG 22'' ips, razor black-widow ultimate 2013, 120GB intel 520 series 128GB crucial M4 2*3TB barracuda 2*1TB barracuda 2TB Hitachi

Use core temp for measuring temperatures.

Is it really cold in that room? My 3570K at 4.4 runs at 60-70C full load.

room temp is 71F

Could possibly be a defective thermal sensor.

I've checked with AI Suite and it says the same thing, I am running Push Pull with Sp120's

Sandy Bridge runs cold but not that cold so either the thermal sensor is broken or you got a golden chip. 

I Doubt faulty sensor. Whats the possibility of having the golden chip to say.
