So I emailed htc support 3 times and still got no reply, the bluetooth on my htc 10 will not work with anything I try to connect and it says connecting for a while then says unavailable to connect I tried restarting unpairing and reparing and changing my phone name nothing works :/ what should I do?

Are you running stock with all of the updates? If you can I'd say try backing up your stuff and doing a factory reset. However if all else fails it may fix itself once we get the nougat update which was last said to be by the end of december I think.

Yes I factory reset it but I will be changing phones its giving me too many problems

What other problems are you having? The only problem I've had is on certain 5GHz routers.

Just lots of bugs I cant add a backup account... it runs super slow, battery drains super quick
