Hello, to first start this off I'd like you guys to know that I am currently running a AMD build. What I am trying to achieve, is to build a computer with top graded components but as well not severely expensive. (Like a 1K CPU). I'd like to max out my games when I can on single player, get a good high FPS on them, and have game-play smooth as butter. However, I recently bought myself a GTX 1070 FTW edition GPU and it's bottlencking my AMD chip as well making my PSU (CXM) have a very very severe coil whine. Severe enough to where it hurts your head hearing it.

So here is my current build which I put together thinking it'll be adequate enough.

Please note; I do understand that some of these parts may seem "rather overkill". So instead of telling me so, just accept it I guess :p.

Also, please note that the CPU and Motherboard are just placeholders. I will be getting the new Intel i7 7700k and a decent motherboard like the one placed here~

Current Intel Build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($329.99 @ Newegg)

Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($194.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($96.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($121.69 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($52.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case  ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 850W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($138.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm Fan  ($25.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm Fan  ($25.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm Fan  ($25.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm Fan  ($25.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 ULN 140mm Fan  ($25.88 @ OutletPC)
Total: $1266.52

* I did not include a GPU due to me already having a GTX 1070. Other than that, can anyone help perhaps make sure these parts are good quality / performance? I suppose. This'll be my first High-End build.

That's one option, if you really need the extra space then stick with the 250GB variant, it's equivalent to an 850 EVO without the "industry standard" price tag

I see. It's not all about the space, just I currently have a 850 Evo and it's starting to show signs of slowing down or something. Perhaps due to all the factory resets I done, or all the data that's been put onto it. Though honestly i dont know if it really is the ssd, or some other part problem. An example would be mainly when I drag programs to another area, or when I click and copy all the files in my download folder to delete. Sometimes (most of the time) it hangs and loads for a while before popping up the option to delete. Kinda weird, I just feel as if its the SSD. :P

But it's also the idea of putting all the files on the ssd. xD. But i'll take your choice under consideration. ^^
