Windows 10 Desktop and Documents folder somehow linked

So I load up my computer today and somehow my Desktop and documents folders are now linked together. If you add anything to either of them it goes too both

I restored both folder to the original location, however the desktop folder says the original location is the documents folder.

How Do I fix this so I have two separate folders.
