Printer issues

We have a laptop at our office that is very odd. When we send something to the printer, it will print right away or it will take 1 hour. The other computers at the office work fine. We have tested printing different documents with different file sizes, but the issue still occurs. What should I do?

 

OS: Windows 10

Model: HP 15-f387wm

Printer: HP Envy 4500
