RMA it. I just RMAed my hyper x cloud 2s, and it was a very easy and seamless thing to do.

So i have a hyperX cloud 2. And the mic for it just stopped working. Its plugged into my headset, however im not getting a signal through the audio devices manager. When i plug it into my audio jack directly it works. Any ideas?

ok. how long have you had it? has it dropped/slammed or anything of that sort? is the connection only 3.5mm jacks or does it have a usb connection? did you check your device manager to see if it's registered at all?

ive had it for maybe 3 months now, hasnt really slammed against anything. And yes, it registers in audio manager. Mic connects to the headset, the headset connects through usb. Ive made sure USB is plugged in.

you could uninstall and reinstall the drivers. is the issue that there isn't sound from you speaking into the mic? make sure the device is set to default in the recording tab.

yeah, but when i plug it directly into the mic jack on the front of my PC, it works.....
