Download the Windows ISO which will allow you to make a bootable USB or DVD drive. Then you can reinstall Windows from it.

So. One day, I decided to reset Windows 10 because things were happening and they weren't the best things. After I reset it, the mouse and keyboard was just not working. I tried plugging them into different USB ports. I also tried going to the BIOS and the keyboard worked fine in the BIOS but the problem occurs when I get into Windows 10. I tried pressing F8 to try and get the options for safe mode to see if it's a driver issue (which it probably is because my keyboard works fine so is my mouse) but when I repeatedly press F8, it doesn't do anything and just goes to the Windows 10 loading screen. Any suggestions?

you can get things called rubber duckies or in one of the cool tech under 100$ episodes they had something simelar. what they can do is enter strings of key presses that you tell it to. so you put the keyboard driver on a usb plug it in plug in the rubber duck and it opens the file folder navigates to the usb and can run the driver. also simple solutuon is to use a different keyboard to install the driver

ooooh. That might actually work. Does it still have the option to reinstall Windows without losing your personal files?

Choose upgrade Windows, not custom

When I choose upgrade, it tells me to boot up in Windows then upgrade from there but y'know, I can't do that without the keyboard/mouse.

This might be your best bet, or else you have to reinstall Windows and delete everything :(

The only other alternative is to buy a cheap, used PS/2 mouse and keyboard.....
