So I just finished building my PC so I installed Windows 7 64bit. I was installing drivers for my mobo when my PC restarted. Now when it boots from my HDD it won't do anything, the screen is on but nothing happens. I tried messing with the uefi with no luck. Already tried the Windows installer fixer thing. Please help.

Motherboard: ASRock fm2a88m pro3+

Hi there :)

Could you provide more details such as the full system specs, the brand and the model of the drive as well as the way you installed the OS.

Try checking if your boot order is OK and see if there's a newer version of the firmware which you can install. Also, check if the drive itself is recognized in the BIOS.

Here is a link to the full system specs:  https://goo.gl/ANx908

Here is a link to the HDD:  https://goo.gl/cpA1qn (I got the Hard Drive for free but otherwise I would've gotten a 1TB instead)

I installed the OS by using a flash drive with the ISO on it.

My boot order is fine and the BIOS/UEFI can see it.

I don't think that there are any firmware updates.

I am going to try to boot from it on another PC to see if it works on that.

That's quite an old WD model. I would recommend connecting this drive to a working system that has the OS on another drive and run some diagnostic tests on it. Check if the drive passes the quick and the full tests of WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool. This should give you an idea if the drive is working properly or not.
