Hello... so ive been noticing this partition and i have no idea if is it actually a partition or just some error in my HDD

 

What is causing this and could i fix this without erasing my whole HDD >.<

I think you can erase that partition, may need a program to do it, or the O/S maybe able to do it.

Looks like an odd name for a partition.

Here is the "Disk Management"

Now i finally remember why this drive is here... this was created when i upgraded to win10 from win7... now can i just delete this using PartWiz? or is this partition still needed... ?.?

it's probely there just in case you want to downgrade back to win7, it's just a left over from when you upgraded from win7 to win10

Just do a fresh install of W10 and be absolutely sure you go the advanced route, making your privacy a top issue. And dont do automatic updates as Billy Boy reverts to wide open security, I can see his smirk now.

Windows 10 creates that partition when is installed, it's not a good idea to erase it.  I did a clean W10 install on my PC when I bought my SSD, and it has that partition.  

 

Is not for storing old windows so you can downgrade.

Looking at the information you have provided indicates that the partition is empty. Windows 10 no longer needs the partition and it can be safely deleted and reintergrated into an adjacent partition.
