Website acting weird

Go to solution Solved by Timote,

Its delayed caching on the web-server.

I'm updating my website, changing templates and adding javascript stuff for animations. When I pushed the files to the server, the website loaded, but without a couple of images (which were shown locally). I check through Chrome, and it's a 404 Error on the image file. So I navigate directly to the /images/ folder (through URL) and there I can see the file. I click on the link and get a 404 Error. Names are double-checked and the only thing I can't explain is why Chrome tells me an error in the index.html file is at a <script type="text/javascript"> line, not where the image file is searched. what could be the problem?

EDIT: nevermind, looks like it fixed itself. Weird.
