Why not go Skylake? What games you wanting to play? I would try to get a i5 6400 or higher.

i was trying to but my budget was not the best for it, just like the usualt games like cs, gta, h1z1 etc

Its hard for me to tell the prices because I use USD, how much is that PSU for you? It seems steep. I would get a 2x4GB ram stick. For me, a 240GB SSD is only $15 more dollars. Are you accounting for Windows? How do you plan to get it? You don't need a Hyper 212 Evo, you might want to buy it later if you aren't happy with your temps or dcb level.
