Sorry for all these numbers.   I currently have a +12v / 22.0A 350w psu. I went to coolermaster's calculator to get wattage needed for my gpu upgrade. If I get a rx470 my whole max wattage is 329w, if i get a 1050ti I use 309w. Hardwaresecrets.com recommended an antec vp-450 450w psu for simple stable builds, and that psu is on sale from $50 to $35. Can my psu handle a RX, should I just get a TI, should I upgrade, should I even get this psu? Thanks!

imo your current psu is probably inadequate for both . The thing is those low end supplies either cannot supply  the rated power when operating at normal temperatures or are rated with peak power. If you don't want to fry your build , you are better off getting the antec 450w psu , regardless of your gpu choice .

use that thread like about 3 people have told you to already to decide on a could one. stay away from anything under tier 3/4.
The Antec VP youre looking at is tier 6, so why it may seem good for the price, it isn't a great PSU.

for your build 450 watt would be better.

As i also pointed out on one of your threads earlier today, your current PSU doesnt have any PCI-E power connectors, so if you get a 470 you will need a new psu.

its not a good idea to push a psu to its wattage limit. Play it safe and go for a 450w or 500w. I personally think the 1050ti is in a really weird spot and think the rx 460 and rx 470 are better values but hey that's an opinion.
an 80+bronze psu will pretty much run at 90% wattage. if you have a 350w psu, realistically it's providing you with 325w CONSISTENTLY. if at any point it dips below that, and it can and probably will, you will crash.
