780?

 I was wonder does the 780 6gb still perform I have the opertunity to pick one up at £100 British sterling and was wondering if this is a good deal for 1080p. or wait till after Christmas and buy something more modern. 

 

Atm I run a 750 ti and would like a boostime.

Its a pretty good upgrade from the 750Ti, and for $123 usd, its a great value, but I would still wait for Black friday on amazon and buy maybe a GTX 1050Ti, 1060, or Rx 480 8gb.

Honestly... those kind of cards are still pretty decent if you still have them but I don't think I'd sink my money into buying one. Buying a card at the lower end of the performance level (applies to 1050s and such as well) usually outdates pretty quickly so it's a bad investment. I'd rather save up for money and then get a 1060 or RX 480.  You'll get far better value for your investment.

I live in the UK do you know if amazon do black Friday for us?
