Windows disk repair on start up?

I just travelled with my desktop in a suitcase for a couple hours in car then by foot. I booted up Windows 10 normally the first time. The second time it said something about disk repair, which lasted a couple of minutes.

 

What does this mean? Is my PC damaged?

Maybe only your hard disk.... They are sensible to vibrations.

It hasn't appeared again after restart

Then It is not so important anymore.  I think you pulled current line plug without shut down the PSU
