inconsistent boot times

hi im having an issue with irregular boot times/speed, i havnt timed it but its either a short boot time about 20 seconds and the long boot time takes about 3-5 minutes and i have no idea why

About where in the boot process does it "hang" for that long? At the BIOS/UEFI? At Windows bootup? At the login screen?

 

Some things to try in the meantime: Clear your CMOS first and foremost. Re-seat your power cables to be absolutely certain you've got a good connection; Do the same with your SATA cables, and while you're in there, might as well re-seat the RAM to cover all the bases.

think i fixed it i just turned off fast boot and it boots fine now
