I would recommend the Corsair RM650x. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139143

It's priced at $89.99 with the promo making it a great deal for an high-end unit that's quiet. It's also have a $20 MIR that you can do, that can effectively make it a $69.99 PSU.

I'd recommend getting a locked i5, no aftermarket CPU cooler and a cheaper motherboard so you can afford an SSD. Then, gone are the days of defragmenting your C drive!

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

what do i need a ssd for

So that your computer never slows down?

Install Windows on the SSD and everything loads infinitely faster. You never have to worry about your PC getting slow over time. So nice!

You don't need to spend 250... you spend 40 on a 120GB SSD for your OS and programs and then use the 1TB HDD as a storage drive.

hmmmmmmm sadly for the moment my budget is 100% used

Which is why I said to get an i5 6500, cheaper motherboard, and no aftermarket CPU cooler (you don't need one for a 6500) so you can afford one. I would highly recommend not skimping on an SSD. Getting one later means you either have to go through a cloning hassle or reinstall Windows and figure out where all the files on your old drive go. Trust me, just get an SSD now and not worry about it later.
