I just updated my laptop's BIOS from v1.09 to v1.13. However, after the update, I get the message in the screenshot below. I have tried pressing Enter and F8 but it shows me the same screen. The only one that works is Esc which leads to the BIOS, but after exiting the BIOS, it just brings me back to the same screen. My laptop model is an Acer Aspire E5-473G-50RY. I got the update from the Acer website. My SNID is 53002462134. HELP!!!

Try googling on how to go in recovery tools and try re-installing Windows 10 without deleting any programs

The problem is that I can't boot into Windows.

Just an idea but have you actually tried contacting Acer support about this issue?

If it's a reccuring issue they are sure to know the sollution.

Basically, a file has been deleted when updating your BIOS, the only thing I recommend it going into recovery tools. Now if you cannot then try making a bootable USB disk with Windows 10 on it so you can access the recovery tools

Sounds like you'll need to either grab a Windows 10 disc / install USB drive to run startup repairs, or you'll need to do a factory reset by holding ALT and pressing F10 repeatedly at the Acer splash screen. Not quite sure why it would be doing that after a BIOS update of all things, though... Might also want to try running a copy of SeaTools for DOS on your hard drive just to be sure everything's OK.
