I picked up my second 980ti yesterday, still new to SLI but Battlefield 1 the performance is exactly the same as having a single GPU, I can't seem to find anything on forums that state that anyone else is having an issue I have tried reinstalling drivers yet no good, anyone else have this issue or any tips on how to fix it, like i said Im new to sli but im pretty sure i have it configured right,

You can be relaxed. game-debate.com   gaming forum and more, there you can find as well players with the same issues. So it is not the GPU or PC, at least for now.   It is the game.

Works for me, but you can't have DX12 enabled. Must have DX11 enabled in order to run SLI. And or the game may have automatically increased the resolution scaling, which also happened to me... Not sure why it thought I needed 175% scaling. This could give the appearance of no fps gain.
