youtube error?

so yesterday youtube suddenly at the beginning of videos has some black pixel errors or something on the top of the video.

i tried to turn off the overclock but it didn't fix it.

resetting pc didn't.

and there is nothing i can find about this.

It's the current Nvidia drivers.

There used to be some errors with Gifs pixelating all over the place in 375.63 ( i believe)

And now  on 375.70 I am experiencing those black blocks too if i play back 2 youtube videos at once.
