best looking case for around 50 (max pay is 60.) i want an window, clean  look, pref. black or red.

Try the Noctis 450 in black and red... It is definitely not in your price range but it fits your specifications... Window, sharp clean edges, clean, black and red.

If you look around you might get it for cheaper, cheapest I could find is $80-$90.

It also has sick red under glow, same interior as the popular H440, from NZXT.

USD? Size of case? Asking for a "Dope" case isnt very clear, what you like is very subjective and cases are a very personal choice. There is the Corsair Carbide and if you are willing to pay a little more, the NZXT S340.

I have the Phanteks p400s. it looks cool and has a bottom storage space for your dope. i think it sells for USD$50. p400s is ATX; Phanteks has a m-ATX case that looks pretty sick too, but i don't know the price, and i don't know if its any good for storing dope

Check out the Zalman R1 I use it and its pretty good cable management is ok but if you have a modular/semi modular PSU cable management will be very good.
