Acer Monitor Blank Screen

Hey everyone, so I bought an Acer  XB240H Abpr monitor and I'm getting this weird thing, every time I turn it on, the screen is just white, like all the pixels are displaying white and the only way to fix it is to plug it off the wall and then plug it back in, then it works perfectly. Anyone have any idea of why this is happening? I will try to post a picture if I can. But it's really annoying. Thank you everyone for your responses.

Obvious question is, why don't you RMA it? Another would be, do you have a spare monitor to test? This is to ensure the fault isn't on the GPU side....I have an Acer XR341CK and this white screen thing doesn't happen with it.....

I'll see about RMA, I was just looking to see if it was something fixable, I use it for my laptop and I have no problems with the native screen.
