because iv download it and nothing happend please help

Ok, I was wrong. YouTube Centre, the one that works, is only available on firefox. However, after I did some research I cam across this YouTube video which seems to fix it quite well

hi guys i had google chrome on my pc but the video was crashing when i update windows so i uninstall chrome and install it again but it was the new one and i dont like it from the youtube and the layout because i had it how i like it so is there away to get the other one back

Um, I think what you are after is called YouTube centre. It's quite a nice YouTube companion although I don't use it myself, I prefer Magic actions because of the cinema mode. But YouTube Centre will bring it back to how YouTube used to look

Youtube Center from the Chrome Web Store is broken, but it works fine if you download it from http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/114002

 

Be sure you select "Chrome addon" & drag the file into your Chrome extensions page.
