Just checked on my iPhone and the new iOS 7.0.3 update is out. Upon reviewing the patch notes, it worries me a little.

not sure who in their right mind would store their credit card info on iCloud.

also it's about time they fixed the lock screen bug (again)

I find it convienent. Keychain is such a great concept to use iCloud. Now I don't have to re-enter passwords across different devices. It also works in Chrome so far.

No one uses my iPad or my Macbook (soon to be iPhone if I decide to get the 5C instead of waiting for the 5S)

Desktop: Intel i5-3570K (stock) | Asus Sabertooth Z77 | G.Skill RipJaw 16GB 1600MHz | Samsung 840 120GB | EVGA GTX 680 SC+ 2GB | Fractal Design R4 | Windows 8 Pro (soon to have dual boot Mac OS X)

Retina Macbook Pro : Intel i7-3840QM | 16GB 1600 MHz | 256GB SSD | Nvidia GT 650M 1GB | Mac OS X 10.8.5

I have the 5s. I like it a lot but now I wish I would have went for the gold one.

Yeah I agree with what you are saying, only people that I trust have access to my devices anyway. I wouldn't be worried about people accessing my information by stealing my device, I am more worried about what happened to PSN.

I would guess that Apple is a larger target than PSN.

Apple has higher encryption than Sony did more than likely.

iMessage itself is 1280bit.

sooo.....people on ios are being recommended to update to 7.0.3 after a number of bugs in the software have been found such as..

imessege doesn't start, imessege doesnt send messeges, the accelerometer becomes uncalibrated, iwork becomes unstable and doesn't work, siri and voiceover switch to low quality voice's, voiceover can become overly sensitive, the lock screen can be bypassed, an update glitch where supervised devices become unsupervised, unfortunately any iphone 4 or 4s will have insufficient hardware to run this software smoothly and will become slow so it is recommended you buy a 5s, so this update will unfortunately cost you £550+

Your telling me they offer you a service you don't need and are fixing errors in there system to better protect you?

Why are you mad?

Who cares if they offer credit card, password, or name storage service. Don't use it if you don't want to.

Every device ever made has security errors, they are updating it to fix that backdoor.

It seems people are a fan boy of hating.

Fixing problems and people still get mad. At least they say there is a problem and what they fixed.

Your CC #, Full name, SSN/SIN, House address, Credit score, Place of employment, and everything about you is held on the cloud by your bank, CC company, and the government. That could be hacked at any moment (and it has been).

This is why they offer fraud protection if this get's hacked and your CC gets used you are protected.
