What Gpu ?

I Currently Have a crappy prebuilt "gaming pc" it has a amd 4300 and a r7 240 which is horrible im looking into buying a new gpu what should i buy ? i was thinking about a 750 ti ? then any reccomended psu's ? i only have a 350 watt so i would need to upgrade my budget is around 200-250

Get a 1050 Ti if you want a new GPU... You don't need a new power supply... It's around the same performance as the GTX 960, much better than a 750 Ti.

They run off of the power from the PCI-E slot, so itll be fine

Its uses less than 75 watts so no external power needed.  Will work just fine with your 4300.

that won't be a problem even high end GPU's with pcie 3.0 x16 slots are almost never bottlenecked by a pcie 2.0 x16 slot
