I am looking for a "pc" that can be used like surface pro 

surely there must be some sort of monitor with a touch interface where you can use a stylus which is smooth easy to use and responsive (he said hopefully)

 

so since i dont know about any such products i wish to ask the wise ones of the community

 

hope you understand what am looking for (and trying to say)

Are you looking for a tablet with a keyboard? Or are you looking for a laptop with a touchscreen and can be folded back to be used like a tablet? You can buy a stylus to use for either of these. What are you wanting to do with this computer?

I believe he's looking for a desktop monitor with similar capabilities to the Surface Studio; with touch features and compatibility with a pen/stylus.

Those monitors are generally very expensive. It makes the Surface Pro's price tag somewhat more justifiable. The best digitizers in the market commercially available I think are still Wacom. Check those as someone mentioned above.
