H1Z1 Streaming Help

So, I'm having plenty of troubles streaming this game, and it has nothing to do with FPS or such like that of performance. It has to deal with the network. When I play off stream, the game runs perfectly, which is expected. Yet, when I hop into streaming, the network latency of the game drops terribly, and i have 0 idea why. I have great upload and download speeds, and a great service provider, yet it seems as if when i get on stream I'm playing on DSL... 

Stream Settings: 

Service - Twitch

Location - US West: Los Angeles, CA

Video Bitrate - 2000 (720p streaming)

Audio Bitrate - 96

 

Network Info (tested as posting): Verizon FiOS

Upload - 171.56 megabits

Download - 149.78 megabits

 

If there are any tips anyone could give me on things i need to change or suggestions towards fixing this, or even if someone could tell me there is no way to fix or change this, it would be greatly appreciated.

just edit some data tables in the system core patch to balance network loads...no bigge
