Why bother with Dominator Platinums when G.Skill TridentZ exists? It's the fastest DDR4 on the market, and costs less than Dom Plats.

They are 220$ compared to 240$, (Kit of 2 Dimm's, 32GB, 3000Mhz)

I don't mind paying a bit more for looks when I'm already spending 200$

Those too are the same yeah in terms of latencies and speed, you'd just be saving like $35.

This kit looks nicer IMO, and has 15-15-15-35 instead of 16-18-18-38.   So the latency will be slightly better, will you see a difference? No not really, however if you ever plan on overclocking in the future, that 15-15-15-35 kit should clock better, not sure if the 16-18-18-38 kit is "B-Die" memory or not, but I'm pretty sure the 15-15-15-35 kit is.

It has a black and gunmetal silver-ish color, looks nice really nice, it'd probably look real nice with a black & neutral build.

Are you sure you need 32 GB? I have 16, and even trying to use tons of ram by opening zillions of programs on all 3 of my screens I can't seem to get much past 10GB.

IMO, the dominator Platinums look better (going for a Black Silver Build)

And where Im from the difference is just 15-20$, which in my opinion isnt much when already spending 220$ on RAM

Go with the Dominator platinums. They'll perform nearly identically as the g-skills for probably every app you'll be using. I just threw them out there as an option. For some people they'ld rather throw that 20 bucks toward something else. In the end you're the one who's going to be looking at them every day so go with the ones that look better to you.

My build will be around 2000$ + Gtx 1080;

20$ aren't significant in such a Build, atleast in my Opinion

Im going for a Black, Silver Accents with RGB LED's Scheme

Should I pay the Premium price of the Dominator Platinums or should I get other RAM?

(My Budget is 2200$ and I already own a GTX 1080 Founders)

Well Here are two pictures of what the Dominator platinums look like. Both have red bars (that is my case theme).  One is the normal silver type, the other is the blackout special edition.  Sorry for the dust, but at least you get an idea what they look like.

Bottom line, the only reason you would go with the Dominator is for the aesthetics.  G.Skill has better, speedier RAM.

Phanteks Enthoo Special Edition Red/Black.

The Corsair Dominator platinums special edition chrome and blackouts are slowly being released by Corsair at Corsair.com.  You can buy them if you aren't in the US by switching the country to US at the bottom and paying for it through the website.  They look like they are releasing like 4-5 of each kit every week or two, obviously trying to spread it out.  I got my kit #66/500 like a month after they launched. :)

NOTE:  If you are wanting the lightbar then either you have to buy the Special Editions which come with it or you have to separately buy the lightbar which comes in packs of 2.  So if you have 4 sticks you need two kits.  The problem is the light bars are either blue or white.  I had to special order the red acrylic  lightbars from a third party.  Cablemod says they are coming out with a black bar with acrylic lightbars soon tho.

That Price difference is a bit too much for my likings,

a Kit of 2 x 16 would cost me about 400, thats just too much for me!
