Please help me with this, should i buy system 1 or system 2? Prices are similar so that doesnt matter

AMD FX 8350 4 Ghz->4,2 Ghz                                            
Gigabyte 970A Motherboard
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Gigabyte R9 390 8GB
250GB SSD and 1TB HDD 

 

system 2:

 

Intel i5 6500 3,2Ghz->3,6 Ghz
MSI B150M Mortar Motherboard
16GB DDR4 2133Mhz

Gigabyte R9 380X 4GB
250GB SSD and 1TB HDD

System two but for the same price you good get a RX 480 4G or 1060 3G

Definitely system two, you could do better as far as the GPU goes but it'll still be a good 1080p rig.  What's the price if you don't mind me asking?

System 1 would be 1000 and system 2 would actually be 965
