So i checked cpu-z, go to graphics tab, and i notice that my link width says 2x and max 16x...

Shouldn't it be 16x and max 16x? Or am i missing something here? ... And how do i fix this if cpu z isn't lying?

EDIT: i put my graphics card into the second pcie x16 slot which has half the pins. Now i run cpu z again and it says my link width is 4x and max 16x.

I'm confused!
