Hello,

 

is EVGA's Precision XOC software worth to install if I have no plans to overclock my GPU? What all does it do? There isn't much info about the software.

Its for overclocking and temputrure/usage monitoring. Which is only really important if you plan on OC.

It's useful for stat monitoring, has an OSD (on-screen display) so you can also monitor status (ie: usage/temp) while gaming, and you can modify your fan curve if you want to balance between cooling or silence. There are other alternatives like MSI Afterburner, so these uses aren't exclusive to Precision XOC.
