Strange wallpaper bug

I'm having this strange issue with my wallpaper, if I'm playing a game or using a program and it crashes or I use Task Manager to shut it down, my wallpaper changes from the usual image to a strange purple or blue texture. This can be fixed by going into my wallpaper settings in Personalisation.

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit and have been having some other odd issues:

Any help is appreciated. Sorry for being a noob and not putting the images in a hide/show thing, I don't know how to do that.

Do you still have the background image on your PC?

 

(Use Spoilers (the eye) to hide images)

Different PCPartPickers for different countries:

Yes, in a folder on the desktop.

What, the games that crash? One is Star Citizen (alpha, unstable and very laggy- but very cool) and the other is KSP (it's KSP). And I'm trying to find out why this is happening :P
