Depends. Theres generally only a few reason for water cooling:

 

1) Extra cooling for better overclocks

2) Quieter PC

3) Cosmetic Reasons

 

If one of those 3 or a couple of those apply to you then you just gotta ask yourself: Am I willing to spend $400/£400 making a decent loop? Am I willing to stay on top of the maintenance? Am I willing to add the price of a new GPU block to every the graphics card I buy from here on in ? (only if you include the GPU into the loop of course)
