Type msconfig into your search and press enter. You can set dual boot there

I already have it set up like this.

However, when I reboot my computer and unplug my windows 8 SSD (They're seperate drives, not partitions) I cannot boot into windows 10 as it says 'Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key'

So i guess Win10 is on your other HDD/SSD? Try making it as primary boot device.

Yeah, I have done that already in my UEFI, however it won't boot in properly without the other ssd being plugged in.
