HD 6950 bricked

I thought I would try and flash my hd 6950 to an hd 6970, but of course it failed, and now it doesn't work, I have booted into windows with the IGP and tried to flash the old bios back on, but I keep getting a message:

"Failed to read ROM

        ERROR: 0FL01"

there is no bios switch, it is a HIS HD 6950 IceQX.

i have tried many different guides on how to fix it, all with the same result

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

You should have thought about that before you tried to flash it =) Probably no fix

Yeah, I just tried rebooting, i can flash a new bios onto it, but it still doesn't do anything.
