Yes, it will work, that is because the ram can downclock if it needs to match the motherboard ram speed maximum.

Mobo : MSI B150M Mortar 2133MHz

Cpu : i3-6100 2133MHz

One of my friends can give me at half the price Corsair Vengance LPX 8Gb DIMM  2400MHz CL14 

Are this ram going to work ?

Yes, it will work. It will automatically clock down to the JEDEC standard of 2133MHz.
