Can someone make me a PC that would be best bang for buck with gaming in mind  while being as cheap as possible providing the best FPS.

Some games are more cpu dependent, some are more gpu dependent. Some work better with other brands. Which games do you plan on playing and at what resolution?

It says "PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING" ....

And "cheap as possible" and "best bang for the buck" would be to go to an electronics dump and pick up a bunch of 10 year old parts which cost $0, that would give you the best value.

So yeah, you can't just say "cheap as possible" you actually need to give a budget, or say what fps at what resolution with what games you want to get.

One comment- b150 cannot make use of ram that is faster than ddr4-2133, so paying extra for ddr4 2800 is useless.
