Monitor problem

So my monitor is kinda blurry idk.

I can see it especially when watching a youtube video, when I watch it in normal mode the quality is good, but when I watch it full screen it becomes horrible even tho it's 1080p

I checked the HDMI cable, tried another one, tried changing Hz, monitor factory settings, nothing helps...

HELP ME :/

Make sure the graphics card in your pc is working. I had a similar issue as the graphics card was dying.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
