I have a MSI GTX 1070, are there any specific waterblocks for it?

well there are always universal blocks if you wanted to go that route, though you will have to figure out your own cooling solution for your VRAM, VRMs, and so on.

 

EKWB also has a sort of deal where you can mail them your GPU and they will custom make a GPU block for it. no idea on the costs associated with that, but it may be worth hitting them up on the chance that they are able to help you out.
