Hey guys,

In playing on buying this PC and was hoping for your thoughts on it and whether it's a good setup, I know it costs a bit over the individual parts price but it is acceptable, the people who make these PCs accept customisation suggestions, so give me something to suggest.

Personally i would go with 16Gb of ram since i like to have a bunch of chrome tabs open while gaming etc. You know the wait between games or music etc.

8Gb is the least amount of ram for this build.

Also what sort of cooler are you getting on the cpu??

You  could add a 120-240 Gig SSD for the OS and main apps/games.

Plus, I assume it comes with the stock Intel cooler, but if you want it to look better through the window, check to see if they can add a small tower cooler such as a CM Hyper 101i, TX3, or etc.

Not that cooling is a issue - it just looks techier, and a Hyper 101i, etc, are quieter.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

The cooler is stock and there are about 3 case fans, these guys test and send these PCs so I believe cooling shouldn't an issue

Well, stock coolers are fine. but i would be really anal about it and pick a cheap cooler master air cooler or even a used water cooler. Since this rig deserves better xD

A SSD is super recommended for this type of build.

I understand about the ssd, and I have 500 gb hdd lying around anyway, I'll check whether it's possible to get an equal price ssd, but the cooler is just not possible, tight budget and all.

Although the stock will serve you just fine, Hyper TX3 is around 20USD and it will be much better than the stock.

As for SSD a 128Gb is just fine since you will only put your commonly used games and ur OS there.
