hi, ive been using a lenovo z580 laptop since the last 5 years now. Ive upgraded it to windows 10 and noticed that the gaming performance of this laptop has just gotten worst. It has a GT630 1GB Graphics Card, 8GB ram and a 120GB SSD. The best gaming performance that ive experienced on this laptop was on windows 7,8,8.1 with an HDD and 4GB ram (installed an SSD a couple of months ago and very recently upgraded the ram) and im talking games like broforce, CS:GO, rocket league on medium graphics. So would it make any sense in downgrading to previous windows? or should i just give up on this oldboy?

Update your graphics driver to a Windows 10 driver and disable all of the crap from Windows 10.

 

The LTT forms have 100's if not 1000's of topics and posts about what you can disable to enhance the performance.

You might need to re-install Windows 10 fresh not upgrade.
