Pc not booting

While I was playing Rainbow six siege my pc crashed several time . But at the third time I saw a blue screen . So I pressed the reset button and after that my PC is not booting. My configuration is MSI Z170 gaming m5,  3000 mhz 16 gb ram 6600k . When I press the start button the fans start spinning and mobo light works but no output on keyboard and monitor . Keyboard and mouse light do not work . And mobo shows error message like "4F 4E 32 35 .....
