Accidentally Deleted important file

So I deleted some proxy gate thing, thinking that it was a bunch of bs and now I can't get on the Internet. It only says "checking the proxy address"

And "contacting system aadministrators what is going on and how do I fix it? Before you a sk yes I empty the bin.

You could use recuva to try and recover the files.  It worked for me before.

Download it in your phone, then transfer the file to your pc through USB?

Your system most likely has a restore point (made by windows updates, etc) - Just use one.

this helped a little I lost a bit of data but I can always get it back
