MSI GE62 High Temps

I recently have been looking into my temps when gaming on my new GE62. I noticed that my cpu is running at 65-75 C when under full load, even when the fans are spinning at their max speed of around 6000 RPM. (The GPU never exceeds 50 C)

 

Are these OK temps, or are they too high? If they are, is there something that can be done about it?

Is something blocking the fan exhaust?

Maybe you could elevate the back of the laptop to have better air flow
