What is this worth?

PC with a GTX 1070, and i7 6700k, 16GB of RAM, a 2TB HDD, a 128GB SSD, a DVD drive, a deepcool tesseract sw, and the CPU is watercooled.

 I am thinking its worth is about 1200-1300, but I am not sure how much of a discount to give because of the fact that since I built it, it is technically used.  Thanks!

it depends on your marketing and workmanship, 1100 would be good since you want the most profit, if you can prove to your consumers your PC is good then they will buy

Yeah, right now I'm really only looking to upgrade the GPU, I'm waiting for a 7th gen i5 or i7 so I won't be upgrading the CPU for a while.  I probably won't do this I guess.  I don't even have the build yet.

Typically you charge somewhere between 15 and 50% for labor on a product. Labor costs tend to go down as to products value increases especially when there are alternative brands available.

 

Charging more than $1500 for the system is going to turn away more potential customers than you would like. Somewhere between $1100 and $1500 is your sweet spot. Coming with a 2TB hard drive already in it puts it above some other systems at its price point, having a blu-ray player and a 240GB SSD would have put it solidly at the $1500 mark.

 

Be open to negotiation, start higher than what you actually want and never go for less than cost+%10.
