id usually say 7950, MAYBE 7970 (the 10% extra dollar isnt worth the 5% more frames), in this instance im saying r9-280x because it along with the other parts will look awesome.
 

its more expensive, but theres little chance you're going to need to upgrade for a long time, the board has pretty much everything you can get, the cards awesome, you have a 256gb ssd (128gb have been known to have limited writes), a 3tb drive for storage, an 8320 which should overclock upto 4.4ghz (not much point beyond that), helped by a hyper 212 and has 8gb of decent and nice ram.

Are you buying this new? Then i would go Haswell instead of Ivy-bridge, so you dont have any socket compatibility issues in the future
