need help fixing computer

okay so a while back my all in one pc fell on the screen and now it wont boot up to the operating system,but now it boots up to some kind of picutre and i looked up everything to do and there is nothing on this.

Try to boot in safe mode (should be f8) if that doesn't work google your specific model number and see if you can initiate a reset process before it boots. I did that with my toshiba laptop. Of course doing this will result in you drive being formatted.

try safe mode like ppl suggest or else try reinstalling windows?

okay i tried safe mode nothing at all i will try a different monitor and looking up the model number as well

Just to make sure, did you do the f10 key to attempt to get into bios? I think HP uses that shortcut.

Did it fall on the screen while on? It could have shaken the platters of your HDD enough to cause a failure.
