Com Hem review help

Alright, this might be only for people from Sweden since Com Hem is a Swedish ISP company but I would like to hear your reviews about their connection.

It's for a friend and she is not sure what ISP she should buy she is playing games online so 50/50 or higher would be fine I guess. Any tips would be helpful.
