Whenever I start my computer and boots up to the desktop screen, it automatically opens up "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" page (the page where task manager shows up). Why is that and how do I fix it?

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.

try to run Sysprep to restore ur OS. 
it will not delete any data. but it will delete all driver so u need to reinstall it.
