Recording with Graphics card?

Hey yall, Don't hate on my GPU, I'm just saving up for a high end, but my question is, how do you enable the screenshot/ in-game recording that comes with an Radeon graphics card? I have an MSI R7 250, can't find it in MSI Afterburner or much info in the manual or online. I'm assuming it will be nearly the same way as any other MSI/ radeon GPU. TIA.

AMD used to have raptr recording, they recently dropped the software

I would just use OBS

I think the gaming evolved app is something that comes with the driver has something like that on it. Never used it tbh.
